David Lefutso has diverse leadership experience spanning over 15 years. He currently works a project manager at Coega Development Corporation and as a director for Kayamandi Informatics (Pty) Ltd. Prior to joining Coega, he was Chief Executive Officer at the Eastern Cape Liquor Board, Chief Director – Corporate Affairs at the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, Chief Executive at the Eastern Cape Appropriate Technology Unit, Advisor and Director of Housing Administration at the Gauteng Department of Housing and Manager for Government Business at First National Bank,. Lefutso joined the Mvula Trust Board of Trustees in 2011. He has served as a non-executive director at Mayibuye Transport Corporation; as the chairperson of the audit committee for Commission for Gender Equality and as chairperson of the audit committee of Mnquma Local Municipality.
