Sa’ad Cachalia

BA LLB (Wits University)

 Sa’ad Cachalia has considerable experience in government, law and politics. He is currently Special Advisor to the Premier of Limpopo. From 2006-2011 he was MEC for Finance in Limpopo and chaired several committees including the Standing Committee for Public Accounts (SCOPA), the Portfolio Committee of Economic Development and Tourism, and the Ethics and Members Interest Committee. He has worked as Deputy Director General Department of Safety, Security and Liaison: Limpopo Provincial Administration and as an Attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa. Cachalia joined the Mvula board in 2011.
