Regional Director - Torrence Mathonsi
Torrence Mathonsi has worked for The Mvula Trust since 2004, as National Operations Manager and Regional Director. Prior to The Mvula Trust, he worked for five years as a programme Manager at In-Touch. He acquired broad experience in the development field through the North West DWAF sanitation programme, and through managing the DWAF Gauteng Appropriate Technology project. He also gained insight into the water sector through managing several projects of the Department of Water Affairs - the DWAF-NW-CSO capacity building, DWAF-NW-20/20 Water and sanitation conservation and DWAF-NW sanitation coordination. Mathonsi is a qualified civil engineer. His main competencies lie in project management and quality management systems.
